STOCKTON –The Pacific Tigers learned an important lesson on Education Day.
Even if the game starts badly, stay calm and stick to what you do best.
The Pacific women’s basketball team overcame a slow, sluggish start and a 16-point deficit to trounce Weber State 76-53 on Thursday in front of a crowd of 2,605 at Spanos Center. It was the Pacific’s fifth annual Education Day, with more than 2,000 students from 25 area schools in attendance.
The Tigers (3-1) had lost a few Education Day matchups in a row, and Thursday’s game started worst than most for the home team.
