Pacific water polo looks to extend historic year

The No. 8 Pacific women’s water polo team takes on No. 2 Stanford in the NCAA Championship quarterfinals at 12:30 p.m. today in Indianapolis.

Pacific, making the program’s first NCAA appearance, beat No. 25 Pomona-Pitzer 11-5 in the play-in round Saturday at Chris Kjeldsen Pool.
