The Pacific women’s volleyball team takes the court this weekend to open the 2017 season.
Coach Greg Gibbons said he and the players are excited to get started.
“I’m ready for a test,” the Tigers’ eighth-year coach said. “Our girls are ready for a test. We want to see where we stand.”
Pacific opens with Kansas State at 12:30 p.m. and host Oregon State at 7:30 p.m. on Friday at the Oregon State Tournament in Corvallis, Oregon. The Tigers will play Idaho at 4 p.m. Saturday. Pacific’s first 10 matches, and 12 of their first 13 are on the road.
