Stockton, Calif. - On Friday morning, the Pacific Track and Field team and the Pacific men's tennis team headed to the Walton Special Center, a Stockton Unified School District school specializing in special education for children and young adults aged three to 22 with severe disabilities.
The Tigers helped take part in the school's 12th annual "Day in the Dirt" 5K fun run and walk, where students from the Walton Special Center spent the morning with students from Kohl Open School next door. The yearly tradition has become an integral part of the educ ation community in Stockton.
