Pacific men's tennis hits the road this weekend for a set of matches with Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount on Friday and Saturday. Pacific is coming off of a 4-2 with at home over San Francisco on Sunday, the first West Coast Conference win of the season for the Tigers and their first in five matches.
On a more individual level, juniors Tadiwa Chinamo and Akram El Sallaly won their third-straight match and their fifth in their last six tries on the way to their second-straight WCC Doubles Team of the Week honors. Their title was the first back-to-back honor for the Tigers in doubles since the Conference began awarding weekly tennis awards.
