TEMPE, Ariz. - Pacific's Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center has been selected as the NCAA Division I Northwest Regional Host Site for the 2017 ITA Men's Regional Championships Presented by Oracle, the organization announced.
Pacific is one of 12 regional site hosts for the men's competition. The Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center will host action Oct. 19-23.
The ITA Regional Championships feature some of the top men's and women's players across the country. Over 8,000 student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior and Community Colleges compete across 85 ITA Regional Championships around the country.
The center, opened in March 2016 and named after Eve Zimmerman, a former Pacific and WTA Tour player, is composed of 12 courts - two banks of six surrounding a concrete viewing area.
