The Tigers (9-14, 4-8 WCC) defeated the Lions (17-7, 7-6 WCC) by set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-16.

Set 1 - The two teams matched up pretty evenly to start the match with neither team holding a larger lead than three for nearly the entire first set.
- The set was tied at points 6, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19.
- Following an attack error at point 19-18, the Tigers went on a four-point streak, which included two kills by Kaitlyn Lines, to put them close to the finish line.
