HILO, Hawai'i - Thanks in part to Geoff Fry's -2 round, the Tigers improved their score with a +7 round after shooting +10 yesterday in the Amer Ari Invitational. Pacific sits in 19th place after two days with 18 holes left to play tomorrow. USC, one of the 12 ranked teams in the tournament, holds the overall lead after 36 holes.
Fry's 70 was fourth round under par this season, the most on the Tigers. Fry had four birdies in the first nine holes and added one more in the back nine to get to two under par on the day and move up 23 spots in the individual standings.
