MALIBU, Calif. – It was a night of firsts for the Pacific men's basketball and head coach Damon Stoudamire as the Tigers claimed its seventh West Coast Conference victory en route to a season sweep of Pepperdine an 81-72 decision at the Firestone Fieldhouse Saturday night.
Pacific improves to 12-13 overall and its 7-6 conference record marks the most wins by the men's basketball program since joining the WCC in 2013-14. In addition, it was the first time the men's program secured back-to-back road wins since becoming a member.
The Waves fall to 4-20 on the season and are now 1-11 against their WCC foes.
