STOCKTON, Calif. – The University of the Pacific men's tennis team heads to the Battle in the Bay Classic Friday at the California Tennis Club in San Francisco.
The Battle in the Bay Classic is scheduled for September 21-23. The Tigers will be represented by four student-athletes in junior Akram El Sallaly, junior Ross Watson, junior Tadiwa Chinamo, and freshman Philip Hjorth.
Pacific will be joined by players from the University of Southern California (USC), Georgia, Texas Christian University (TCU), California (Cal), Michigan, Texas Tech, Stanford, Texas, Wake Forest, fellow West Coast Conference Opponents University of San Francisco and University of San Diego, San Diego State University, University of California-Santa Barbara, Fresno State, Cal Poly, and Hawaii.
