San Bruno, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced today the members of the 2017 Volleyball All-Academic Team. The group included four Pacific student-athletes — Emily Baptista, Ashlyn Fleming, Katrin Gotterba, and Alex Holt.
Baptista, an accounting major, was named to the First Team, while Fleming, Gotterba and Holt took home honorable mention honors.
This season, 24 nominated volleyball student-athletes posted a GPA of 3.50 or better while 10 recorded a mark of 3.75 or higher.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport.
