Since joining the West Coast Conference, the Pacific mens basketball team has never started 3-0 in conference play. The Tigers (14-4, 2-0 WCC) have a chance to change that Saturday afternoon when they host San Francisco (12-6, 1-2) at the Spanos Center. Pacific hasn't beat the Dons since 2016.
San Francisco has little trouble scoring the ball, averaging 79.7 points per game which ranks second in the WCC. But it will have to do it against the top defense in the conference, which only allows its opponent to shoot 38.
