Pacific Heads To Hawai'i For Amer Ari

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Tigers golf team heads to Hawai'i this week for the Amer Ari Intercollegiate Golf Tournament hosted by Hawai'i-Hilo. The 26th annual Amer Ari will feature 21 teams this year, including four teams currently ranked in the top ten in the nation and two former national champions. The tournament starts on Thursday, February 2 and will be played over three days, ending Saturday.

For the Tigers, it's the first tournament of 2017, having last competed in October at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational. They will be one of 18 Division I teams at the tournament, including Oklahoma State, Stanford, USC, and Auburn, all ranked in the top ten in the nation, as well as 11th-ranked Texas.
