Pacific women's basketball (7-3) wrapped up the non-conference season with a 72-64 win on the road over Cal State Fullerton (7-5) on Saturday.
The Tigers snapped a two-game skid and closed out a week-long road trip that took the team from coast-to-coast with a victory. Pacific did so by righting wrongs from their previous game against Lamar when the Tigers lost the turnover and offensive boards battle. Pacific out-rebounded the Titans 48-32 and recorded 23 offensive rebounds to Fullerton's six.
Valerie Higgins led the way for Pacific with 22 points and 13 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season; she has scored in double-figures in each game this year.
