Pacific women's soccer (2-6-0) fell to Portland State (2-3-0) on Sunday in Portland, 2-1.
The Tigers scored the game's opening goal thanks to a nice chip shot from junior Sigrid Aas, but the Vikings fought back on their home pitch and scored two unanswered goals in the second half to see off the Tigers. The Tigers fought back and outshot the Vikings after surrendering the go-ahead goal, but the comeback bid fell short.
First Half:
- Portland State controlled play in the opening 25 minutes of the match taking five shots and earning a corner kick, but the Tigers controlled the rest of the opening half taking six shots and three corner kicks.
