Pacific women's tennis took on No. 8 Pepperdine on Friday at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center and fell 5-0.
Pepperdine took a 1-0 lead with quick wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles and went on to win three-straight matches in singles to clinch the match at 4-0. Moments after the Tigers dropped the match-clinching match on court five, junior Anneroos Nederstigt fell on court one to make the final score, 5-0.
Junior Karina Vyrlan played in the closest match of the day at No. 4 singles. She forced a tiebreaker in set one, but went on to lose, 7-6 (7-3).
