BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The University of the Pacific dropped its contest against No. 12 Indiana in day two of the three-game series, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.
The Tigers fall to 7-9 on the season, while the Hoosiers improve to 10-4 overall.
After four scoreless innings, the Hoosiers claim the 1-0 lead in the bottom of the fifth. Logan Kaletha doubled to left field to lead off for Indiana. He advanced to third on a ground out. Logan Sowers stepped up with one out, and hit a sacrifice fly to right field to score Kaletha for the first run of the game.
