Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific Tigers couldn't quite eek out that last bit of offense needed to win the America East championship today, losing 1-0 to No. 13 Stanford in the tournament final. The Tigers had two late penalty corners giving them a chance to tie the game but couldn't get the goal they needed and fall to 16-5 on the year.

The NCAA Tournament selection show is at 7:00 pm live on NCAA.com tonight with the Tigers having a chance at an at-large bid. This was the first time the Tigers played for a conference championship since 2004, when they won the NorPac championship.
