Pacific enjoys view from top

STOCKTON - It's going to be hard for West Coast Conference opponents to keep looking away from the Pacific women's basketball team.

Right now, everyone is looking up at the Tigers, standing alone on top of the conference standings at 3-0. The Tigers (7-7 overall) host BYU (8-6, 2-1 WCC) today at 2 p.m. at Spanos Center, eager to keep showing they are right where they belong.

Though it hardly needed a "trick" play in its 20-point victory over San Diego on Thursday, Pacific scored after inbounding the ball off the back of a Toreros' player in the fourth quarter.
