STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific men's golf team had another strong day on the links, shooting even par in Saturday's final round of the West Coast Conference Championships at The Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton, Calif.
Following a less-than-desirable 296 (+8) in the tournament's opening round, Pacific rebounded nicely, finishing seventh as a team with 54-hole score of 870 (+6).
"After our first round we told our team not to panic and stick to our game plan on how we wanted to play the course, hitting more to center of the greens and not attacking the pins," expressed head coach John Cook.
