After a stellar 2018-19 season, Pacific women's basketball will open up the 2019-20 season in the Preseason WNIT.
Just 16 teams get invited to the NCAA's most-elite preseason tournament, and the Tigers will represent the West Coast Conference in the preseason WNIT. The Tigers are grouped into the tournament with programs such as Oklahoma and Oregon State as well programs that reached the 2019 NCAA Tournament such as Missouri State, Boise State, DePaul and Portland State. In total, 12 of the 16 teams in this year's field played postseason basketball in 2018-19.
The WNIT will release full brackets as well as the first-round matchups later this spring.
