University of the Pacific’s golf team sits in the top 10 after the first two rounds of the Nick Watney Invitational.
The Tigers shot a 295 in the first round and a 296 in the second round at the Dragonfly Golf Club in Madera. Nevada leads the tournament following a 24-under-par performance, and BYU is in second 11 strokes behind the Wolfpack.
Austin Fox led the Tigers with a one-under-par 71 in the second roun, which moved him 12 spots up the scoreboard in the second round. Fox is tied for 24th place.
Pacific’s Jee Horsangchai shot even-par 72 and is tied for 38th place.
