Overtime Goal Gives Tigers Their Fourth-Straight Victory

Phoenix, Ariz. – A Tristan Blackmon goal eight minutes into overtime gave the Pacific men's soccer team the 2-1 victory over host Grand Canyon University Sunday night; bringing the Tigers their fourth-straight win and propelling them to a 5-2 record on the season.

The Tigers opened up the scoring in the 16th minute when senior Julio Cervantes headed the ball past the Lopes 'keeper off a cross from Camden Riley. Riley streaked down the left side of the pitch and sent a perfect strike into the box that found Cervantes, who was able to net his second goal of the season.
