SPOKANE, Wash. – The University of the Pacific men's tennis team held off the Gonzaga University Bulldogs to claim the 4-3 victory on Friday afternoon.
The Tigers improve to 6-15 overall and 3-4 in the West Coast Conference, while the Bulldogs fall to 9-9 on the season and 2-6 in WCC.
In the doubles competition, Gonzaga's Ruadhan O'Sullivan and Sam Feit retired Akram El Sallaly and John Horoz Garner 6-4 on court 1 but Tadiwa Chinamo and Bernardo Oliveira defeated Kyle Everly and Vincent Rettke 6-4 on court 2.
