SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Pacific women's tennis snagged a doubles victory to conclude play at the Battle in the Bay Classic at the California Tennis Club Sunday afternoon.
In an additional consolation doubles match, Anneroos Nederstigt and Maayan Sela snagged a sweeping victory, 6-0, over San Francisco's Amber Del Rosario and Alisha Sharma.
The win marks the first for the duo this season.
"It was nice to see Roos and Maayan make the small changes today to get the outcome we wanted. Again, we cleaned up the important points and stayed aggressive, which is nice to see happen in our first event as I hope we can continue to hold on to that over the next few weeks, " expressed head coach Tina Samara.
