STOCKTON, Calif. - Former Tiger softball standout Amy Moore, '13, helped her Great Britain National Team earn a bronze medal this past weekend at the Women's Softball European Championships. The tournament, which took place in Bollate, Italy, featured 23 teams from around the continent competing over the eight day event.
Moore led Great Britain to a 9-3 record in the tournament, putting together a .444 (8-for-18) batting average which was the third-best on the Great Britain squad. She also added six RBIs and five runs scored to go with three doubles and a pair of triples. Behind the dish the catcher had a perfect 1.
