Stockton, Calif. - The No. 4 Pacific men's water polo team opens the 2016 campaign at the Bruno Classic in Providence. The Tigers were the unanimous pick to win the Golden Coast Conference in its inaugural season and debuted in the CWPA Preseason Top 20 national poll at at No. 4.
The Tigers, which return seven letter winners from last season, picked up 84 votes in the CWPA Top 20, two points ahead of No. 5 Stanford. For Pacific, it's the teams' 91st consecutive week in the top 10 of the poll with 73 of those weeks being in the Top 5.
