Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific men's water polo program will join the Golden Coast Conference for the Fall of 2016 as GCC commissioner Mike Daniels announced the formation of the GCC men's division.
Pacific will compete in a six-member conference with Long Beach State, Pepperdine, San Jose State, UC Irvine and UC Santa Barbara. Four members of the new GCC finished last season in the top 10 of the final CWPA Top 20 poll: Pacific was ranked fourth, with UC Irvine sixth, UC Santa Barbara seventh, and Long Beach State eighth. Pepperdine finished 13th in the final poll.
