DAVIS, Calif. - The Pacific men's tennis team began it's weekend quest Friday at the Aggie Invitational hosted by UC Davis. Ross Watson, Simon Solbas and Nathan Hampton represented Pacific as they all competed in singles, while Watson and Solbas paired up in doubles.
The day began with morning doubles as Watson and Solbas battled with a duo from Nevada. The doubles match is played in an eight game pro-set format, which is won by the team who reaches eight games first and must win by a margin of two sets. Watson and Solbas fell to the Nevada combo, 8-6.
