STOCKTON, Calif. - Pacific outfielder Carly Lucchetti was named West Coast Conference Softball Player the conference office announced Monday morning.
This marks the first conference weekly honor for the freshman from Linden, Calif. as well as the first award for the the Tigers this season. Lucchetti becomes the second Pacific freshman in UOP history behind teammate Ralene Estrada to ever win the award for her team.
Lucchetti solid outing on the offensive end showed in the Tigers three-game series over the weekend against Saint Mary's. The first-year product went 6-12 at the plate for a .
