The No. 8-ranked Delta College women’s volleyball team went on the road Wednesday, handling the No. 10 team in the state in grand fashion.
The Mustangs beat host Folsom Lake by scores of 25-23, 25-16, 25-20. Angel Lambert had 13 kills and four blocks to lead the way for Delta (11-4, 3-0 Big 8 Conference).
Angelique Stepanoff had 13 kills and three blocks for the Mustangs, and Kacy Bolding had 25 assists and a pair of digs.
Delta will be back in action Friday, hosting Santa Rosa at 6:30 p.m.
