A big second half led the Delta College football team to a win on the road Saturday in Sacramento.
The Mustangs outscored host Sacramento City 26-15 in the second half on the way to a 32-15 victory, their third of the season.
Jaylyn Session had 159 rushing yards and two touchdowns, with quarterback Justin De Mello accounting for both a passing and rushing score. Bear Creek product Terry Holmes added 11 rushes for 67 yards and a touchdown.
Delta led 6-0 at halftime, led by a defense that produced four sacks in the game. The unit also forced three turnovers, with Omari White and Trenton Washington recovering fumbles and Tre Wortham intercepting a pass.
