STOCKTON, Calif. - Tigers' first baseman Sydney Lahners was named the West Coast Conference Player of the Week, the WCC announced on Monday.
The senior had an outstanding performance this past weekend at the Fresno State Bulldog Classic, helping Pacific finish with a 3-2 record going 10-13 from the plate with 11 RBI. Lahners had three games in which she recorded 3 or more RBI accompanied by a batting average of .769.
The two-time WCC Preseason All-Team Selection carried an on base percentage of .737 during her five games for the Orange and Black and knocked out four home runs.
