STOCKTON, Calif. – Head coach Greg Gibbons has added former West Coast Conference standout Katie Hoekman to his coaching staff.
Hoekman had accepted an assistant coach position with the Tigers after serving last season as an assistant with the Tarleton State's beach and indoor volleyball programs. There she helped the Texans indoor program to an NCAA Elite Eight finish. Prior to Tarleton State, Hoekman served as a graduate assistant for the TCU beach and indoor volleyball teams.
Hoekman played for the University of San Diego from 2010-2013. The middle blocker helped the Toreros to three WCC Championships and four NCAA postseason appearances.
