Pacific men's tennis opened the Oregon Duck Invitational today by picking up a win in singles action on the day from freshman Philip Hjorth.

- Just one duo competed for the Tigers in the team of freshman Philip Hjorth and junior Ross Watson. Hjorth and Watson enjoyed an opening round bye but fell to Portland's duo of Niklas Oberg and Andrew Newell In the second after a close match, 8-6.
Singles play:
- In singles, Hjorth picked up a first-round win over Boise State's Wyatt Demulling despite a first set loss, 5-7, 7-5, 6-2.
