STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific golf program dedicated the Dr. Glen Albaugh Short Game Area at The Walter Chang Golf and Learning Center Monday at the Tigers' practice facility at The Reserve at Spanos Park.
"To have my named placed on this beautiful facility is a great honor," Albaugh said. "With each decade of players and coaches and supporters that will pass through -- with that beautiful sign as a reminder -- there's a chance that some will remember Dr. Glen; and that might fine short game he has; That's a very precious thought to me."
The short game practice area includes three chipping greens and a putting area, giving the Tigers 13 different holes to practice the shot game on.
