SAN DIEGO — Roberto Gallinat scored 21 points, including eight in the final two minutes, and Jahlil Tripp added a double-double to lead Pacific over San Diego 67-55 on Thursday night.
A 7-0 run got San Diego within five, but Gallinat responded with a jumper then 6 of 10 Pacific free throws to secure the win in front of a crowd of 1,391 at Jenny Craig Pavilion in San Diego
Tripp scored 17 points with 11 rebounds and Miles Reynolds added 13 points for the Tigers (14-14, 9-6 West Coast Conference), who have won four of their last five.
