Pacific baseball's series opener with Gonzaga, which was originally set for a 6 p.m. start tonight in Spokane, has been canceled due to expected weather in the Spokane area. The two teams will now open the series tomorrow with a doubleheader which is set for a noon start. There will be a 40-minute break in between the two games.
Pacific's senior left-handed pitcher, Ricky Reynoso, is slated to start game one. He will face Gonzaga's freshman lefty, Mason Wells. Pacific's sophomore right-handed Hayden Pearce will start the second game of the doubleheader. Pearce's counterpart will be Gonzaga's freshman righty Daniel Naughton.
