Field Hockey Back In Top 25

STOCKTON, Calif. - The National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced that the Pacific field hockey team has re-entered the Top 25 coming in at 24 after going on a four-game win streak defeating California, Stanford and UC Davis twice.

Over the weekend, the Tigers hosted No. 10 Stanford on Friday and topped the Cardinal, 2-1 giving them their second conference loss of the season. Alicia Muiños and Hayley Kilfoil each scored for the Tigers, while Savannah Burns and Kriekie van Wyk added the assists.

On Sunday, the Orange and Black hosted UC Davis for their last regular season home game at the Pacific Field Hockey Turf as the Tigers had themselves a scoring frenzy as Burns recorded two goals and an assist, while Rylee Comeau Gaby de Kock and Kilfoil each had a goal in the 5-1 victory.
