San Bruno, Calif. - With the completion of the inaugural beach volleyball season as a full NCAA and WCC sponsored sport, the West Coast Conference office announced today the first-ever All-WCC Beach Team. For Pacific, the Tigers picked up one award in the first year of conference play as junior Lexi Elman was named to the second team.
Elman continued her play as the Pacific's top beach player as the third-year Tiger played at the top of the order for the third-straight season, this time alongside sophomore Andie Shelton. Playing at the top spot, Elman and Shelton finished the year 6-9 overall, but came up with big wins over top teams from #13 Stanford and San Francisco.
