El Dorado Elementary Receives A Giant Visit

Related Topics: Study skills, Student

STOCKTON, Calif. - On Tuesday, May 30th at 1:30 PM there was a very special visitor knocking on the door of Tracey Sittig's math classroom at El Dorado Elementary School. All 45 students immediately focused their collective attention on junior power forward, TySean Powell, as his 6'-8" frame engulfed the door frame as he entered the room.

TySean was invited to campus by Ms. Sittig to come and hold an open forum discussion about the importance of using proper study skills to be successful in high school. The classroom was filled entirely with 8th graders that were ready to celebrate their promotion day just two days later.
