Stockton, Calif. - Pacific's Desire Finnie was named to the Preseason All-West Coast Conference Women's Basketball Team Monday at the WCC Tip-Off Event in Los Angeles.
Finnie, a junior from Berkeley, Calif., led the Tigers in scoring last season with 11.4 points per game and earned All-WCC Honorable Mention in 2015-16.
She scored in double figures in 17 of the last 26 games of 2015-16, including four new career highs and five games with 20 or more points. Finnie played her way into the starting lineup by springing for 12 points off the bench against North Carolina and 17 against Gardner-Webb.
