STOCKTON – Reed Peters’ baseball teams have made a habit of peaking in May.
Six Elite Eight, five Final Four, three state championship appearances and the 2011 state title in Peters’ tenure prove it.
When the Delta College coach considers which of his guys are playing their best baseball entering this year’s postseason, Kaelan Crisosto is the first name that comes to mind.
Crisosto, a sophomore and the Mustangs’ left fielder, is batting .256 with three home runs and 20 RBI, but more importantly, is at .333 with four doubles in his past seven games.
