PROVO, Utah - The Tiger golf team ended day one of the West Coast Conference Championships with a +9 (297) overall at the Par 72 Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah on Thursday. Pacific now sits in 9th place as they head into round two.
Tyler Burnes led the Tigers and ended the day with a +1 at 73, which put him tied for 21st place in the field. Burned opened up with a +1 on the back nine before going shooting an even par with back-to-back birdies on the fifth and sixth to cap off his first round of play.
