Stockton, Calif. -The friendly home confines of the Stockton Golf and Country Club helped the Pacific Tigers put together a very successful first round at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational. The Tigers finished the day in fifth place out of 13 teams at +2 overall.
Geoff Fry matched his best round of the season when he shot a 68 today, good for -3 on the par-71 course. Fry also had a 68 at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate to start the season. He put up six birdies today, including three in a four hole span between holes 13 and 16.
