STOCKTON — Unique Coleman focused on the positives after her Pacific women’s basketball lost to Marquette 89-75 Saturday in the Tigers’ Turkey Tip-Off Thanksgiving Tournament.
“It’s clear the things we need to work on now,” the senior guard said. “Getting after it more defensively, more flow in our offense. We’re all working hard to fix the little things as we head into December and eventually the conference.”
Coleman is looking forward to being around for a full season for the first time in three years. The bulk of her sophomore season was lost after an anterior cruciate ligament tear in her right knee.
