SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Tadiwa Chinamo earned All-Tournament Team honors following the West Coast Conference Championships on Saturday, April 28.
Chinamo was recognized as the #2 singles player throughout the tournament. The Tigers played Loyola Marymount University in the first round of the championships and Chinamo grabbed the only point of the match for Pacific.
In No. 2 singles, Chinamo defeated his opponent Lukas Moenter through three sets. Chinamo took set one, 6-3, but fell in the second set, 6-1, to go to a third. In the final set, Chinamo won by two at 7-5 to claim the victory.
