STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific cross country team returns to competition this week as they travel to Sacramento for the Capital Cross Challenge. The 6K race begins at 10:30 AM and will take place at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex.
Saturday's challenge will be the first meet for Pacific since the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 16th. At that invite, Jasmine Gonzales paced Tigers across the finish line for the second time this season; traversing the 6K course in a time of 21:49.4, which was a hair off her personal best of 21:49.2. Freshman Saira Purhar followed with a time of 22:26.
