Gio Brusa won't forget the road trips, his cinematic home runs or laughs shared with his longtime teammates.
But the Pacific baseball senior outfielder is adamant that his time in the St. Mary’s High batting cages with his father, Jim Brusa, are what molded him into the professional prospect he is today.
Brusa, 22, could be taken in the first 10 rounds of the Major League Baseball draft, a three-day affair which begins today.
