The Pacific men's and women's soccer teams both earned Team Academic Awards from United Soccer Coaches today for their in-classroom successes during the 2017-18 school year.
In order to be eligible for the honor, a team must post a combined GPA of 3.0 or higher. In total, 773 soccer programs earned the award nationwide throughout all levels of collegiate soccer. Pacific is one of just 191 schools in the nation to earn the award for both its men's and women's programs. Just 64 Division I universities had both of their programs earn the honor.
